BALANCED DIET
For good health, it is important to have a balanced diet.
This includes proteins, carbohydrates, fats, and minerals.
Experts believe that breakfast should be full because you have to work hard all day. Research has shown that children who eat a full breakfast do better in school. Children who do not eat breakfast go to school and eat substandard food, their health deteriorates. It would be good to have a glass of milk and fresh juice for breakfast.
Yogurt without cream is also useful for breakfast. Lunch and dinner should be eaten sparingly. Eat less meat, dairy products, sweets, fried foods and fats. Eat more chicken, fish and vegetables, and more protein at lunch. Eating fresh fruit is very important for physical health. Eat fruits that are high in water, such as nuts, mangoes, melons and watermelons. Fruit should not be eaten with any food. Fruit should always be eaten on an empty stomach; it is more beneficial for health.
Experts believe that we should consume more water, drink at least ten glasses of water a day. Drinking two glasses of water in the morning, especially in the morning, is a cure for many stomach ailments. It is best to always drink water before or in between meals. Quit drinking water immediately after eating. Eating times are very important for good health. Breakfast should be served in the morning. In our country, breakfast is usually served at ten to eleven o'clock in most homes. Lunch should be eaten until two and dinner must be eaten immediately after sunset. These are the times in all developed countries. Dinner is eaten especially in the evening. In this way, food is largely digested by bedtime. Unfortunately, we have dinner at ten to eleven o'clock at night. People then go to bed early to lie down, which causes fat to accumulate in the abdomen. It is better to eat small meals five times a day instead of three meals a day.Three white things are poison to health. Therefore, salt, sugar and flour should be reduced.
The use of bakery items such as biscuits, cakes, pastries, ice cream, double bread and mayonnaise should be reduced. Better a poor horse than no horse at all. Not eating when angry can cause indigestion and ulcers.It is best to use the same foods that Olympic athletes use.
They consume more fruits and vegetables without sifting flour, fish, and
chicken. Use less sugar and salt. Drink eight glasses of water daily and stay
healthy.
